Since 2007, Simenesh has assisted the Gaia office with logistical work, inter-office communications and daily operations. Simenesh facilitates visits to the Gaia HQ from partner organizations and others. She herself has been a user of the CleanCook Stove for over five years and says that it has no smoke, is light to carry, and cooks extremely fast.
